Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Connect flight to Phu Quoc Island(B)

You will arrive at Noi Bai Airport or Hochiminh Airport and take a connecting flight from Danang to Phu Quoc. After arrival in Phu Quoc, you will have free time to relax.

Overnight at The Shells Resort & Spa in Phu Quoc.

Day 2: Phu Quoc 4 Islands by speed boat and Cable car Thom Island (B, L)

At 08:00, guests will be picked up from their respective resorts and transported to the harbor to board a speed boat. The day’s itinerary includes a visit to four islands in the southern region.

The first island on the agenda is Gam Ghi Island, offering opportunities for snorkeling at the coral reef and leisure time on the beach. The next stop is Xuong Island (Mong Tay Island), where guests will have the chance to engage in further coral reef snorkeling. Following this, May Rut Island will be visited, renowned for its white sand lagoon, providing a distinctive and tranquil environment. Lunch will be provided on one of the islands.

An optional Sea Walker activity will allow participants to explore the ocean floor and observe fish amidst the colorful coral reefs. It should be noted that this activity incurs an additional charge. Subsequently, the speed boat will proceed to Thom Island, where guests can enjoy a water park featuring more than 20 modern games developed by leading manufacturers.

The return transportation will be facilitated via cable car, offering the opportunity to savor the sunset and encompassing panoramic vistas of the islands. The day’s activities are expected to conclude around 17:00, guests will be transported back to their respective hotels.

The overnight accommodation will be provided at The Shells Resort & Spa in Phu Quoc.

Day 3: Phu Quoc island free time (B)

You will have free time to relax at the hotel.

Day 4: Phu Quoc island flight to Ho Chi Minh City (B)

Have breakfast at the hotel and then transfer to the airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City tour and Cu Chi tunnel (B, L)

Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, which was built on the site of the former Norodom Palace. The Independence Palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue your tour by visiting beautiful structures from the French Colonial times, such as the Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office. Afterward, visit the remarkable War Remnants Museum, which has a vast display of both the Indochina wars.

Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Depart for Cu Chi tunnels, which will take approximately one and a half hours by bus. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will receive a short introduction followed by an introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how people survived in the harsh conditions of war. Spend time exploring the remaining area and tunnel systems, including the specially constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers. Additionally, you will see hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerrilla’s food during the war) will be served.

Enjoy a break for relaxation or for those who want to try shooting a real gun.

Return to Saigon.

Day 6: Mekong River one-day tour, group tour (B, L)

PICK UP: 07:30 – 08:00

ROUTE: HCMC – My Tho – Ben Tre – HCMC

Leave the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh City and head to My Tho, a town located on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, dating back to the late 19th century. Then, board a sampan and cruise along the river, passing four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise.

Stop at Unicorn Island, take a stroll along country lanes, visit orchards, and savor tropical fruits while enjoying folk song performances by the locals. Explore the fruit plantation.

Next, take a hand-rowed sampan ride through the Thoi Son canal to experience the beauty of the countryside. Visit a family business, and a honeybee farm, and indulge in honey tea and a coconut candy workshop.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before a break.

In the afternoon, there’s an opportunity for cycling around Tan Thach village to immerse in the daily life of the Mekong Delta’s local villagers. For those not participating in the cycling trip, there’s a chance to relax in a hammock and enjoy the cool breeze. Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh City free time and flight home (B)

Today is a free day for you to relax and unwind before your departure. You will be transferred to the airport for your return flight. Your trip officially concludes today!
