DETAILED ITINERARY 

After picking you up at the meeting point, we will taste the best noodle soup in town. We will then take a taxi to leave the tourist area behind and start our food adventure in non-tourist districts, known as a street food paradise. Along the way, we will taste ‘Banh Khot’ – the Central and South’s rice pancake with a lot of fresh Vietnamese vegetables and shrimp.

We’ll stroll along a street known for its barbecue street vendors and head to a local-favorite restaurant to taste the best “bo la lot” (beef in wild betel leaves). Next on our food adventure is Banh Mi – Saigon Baguette. You will experience the perfect fusion of 4 delicious flavors just after the first bite.

As we walk into the heart of District 3, we will discover the old apartments (Nguyen Thien Thuat). We’ll visit the best culinary hidden gem, Chuoi Nuong – Grilled Banana with coconut milk; a bit sweet and salty taste of tropical fruits and coconut milk sauce. We will also climb up to the buildings and see the contrasting architecture between the modern and the traditional.

Our journey will continue with a walk to Ho Thi Ky flower market to try Saigon Pizza and taste the best snack of Saigonese (Crispy Banana Cracker). To cap off our Saigon street food walking tour, we will visit the night flower market and enjoy an amazing dessert, which could include coconut ice cream, longan ice cream, or flan cake with caramel and coffee. Finally, I will accompany you in a taxi back to your accommodation.
